STEP 3: EXPIRATION DATES
We know how costly shipping can be. To lighten the load, please do not send expired supplies. Expiration dates are noted on the original packaging.
We need supplies with LOT NUMBERS starting with 3 or 4.
STEP 4: HOW TO PACK
Please leave items inside their original packaging.
CAUTION: Consolidating supplies too tightly causes products to be damaged.
IMPORTANT: Use a sturdy cardboard box for packages over 20 pounds.
STEP 5: KEEP A RECORD
The Internal Revenue Code imposes the responsibility for estimating the value of non-cash contributions on the donor rather than the charity receiving the gift. Keep an itemized list for your records.
STEP 6: TAX RECEIPT
If you’d like a tax receipt, please include a note with your full name, mailing address, and email address.
For guidance, please refer to IRS Publication 526 for Charitable Contribution or contact your tax advisor with questions about itemizing non-cash donations for tax purposes.
