STEP 3: EXPIRATION DATES

We know how costly shipping can be. To lighten the load, please do not send expired supplies. Expiration dates are noted on the original packaging.

STEP 4: HOW TO PACK

Please leave items inside their original packaging. Consolidating supplies too tightly can damage products. For packages over 10 pounds, please use a sturdy cardboard box.

STEP 5: KEEP A RECORD

The Internal Revenue Code requires the donor (not the charity receiving the gift) to estimate the value of non-cash contributions. Keep an itemized list for your own records.

STEP 6: TAX RECEIPT

If you’d like a tax receipt, please include a note with your full name, mailing address, and email address. Please allow up to 30 days for the receipt to arrive. If you have questions about itemizing non-cash gifts for tax purposes, please refer to IRS Publication 526 or contact your tax advisor.
