STEP 3: EXPIRATION DATES

We know how costly shipping can be. To lighten the load, please do not send expired supplies. Expiration dates are noted on the original packaging.

We need supplies with LOT NUMBERS starting with 4 or 5.

STEP 4: HOW TO PACK

Please leave items inside their original packaging.

Notice: Consolidating supplies too tightly causes products to be damaged.
Important: Use a sturdy cardboard box for packages over 10 pounds.

STEP 5: KEEP A RECORD

The Internal Revenue Code requires the donor (not the charity receiving the gift) to estimate the value of non-cash contributions. Keep an itemized list for your records.

STEP 6: TAX RECEIPT

If you’d like a tax receipt, please include a note with your full name, mailing address, and email address.

If you have questions about itemizing non-cash gifts for tax purposes, please refer to IRS Publication 526 or contact your tax advisor.
