Our mission.
Kindred Box is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States dedicated to improving the lives of people with ostomies.
We are on a mission to raise awareness about the continuous cost of essential medical supplies for uninsured and underinsured individuals living with an ostomy, promote understanding, create solutions, and encourage ostomy and wound care supply donation.
More Than A Box is our motto because we not only want to provide the basic necessities for living with an ostomy, we also want the community we serve to know we’re all in this together.

Thanks to our generous supporters, we’ve distributed over 275,000 donated ostomy and wound care supplies since 2019.
